Thai students have studied English since they were in primary school. However, they can’t use vocabulary correctly. Someone can’t remember easy words. Someone knows meaning but can’t spell the words. In my opinion, they are not interested in English enough and they are not study hard enough. They’ll face with problem when they communicate with foreigners such as they can’t understand what the foreigners speak or how they speak with foreigners. So, they avoid speaking with foreigners.
